Poly Fest Berlin 2026
Positions
Venue Manager
- Scout and secure the ideal venue across Berlin
- Manage logistics: capacity, accessibility, technical needs (sound, lighting, WiFi)
- Oversee setup, breakdown, and day-of operations
- Ensure the space reflects our values of inclusivity and community
Design & Social Media Manager
- Shape visual identity: branding, graphics, promotional materials
- Create engaging content for social platforms (Instagram, etc.)
- Build and manage online community presence
- Ensure consistency across all design and digital touchpoints
Marketing & Sponsors
- Identify and build partnerships with aligned sponsors
- Develop sponsorship proposals and agreements
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand awareness
- Ensure sponsors receive value from their investment
Volunteers Coordinator
- Recruit and organize volunteer community
- Handle applications, training, and shift scheduling
- Ensure volunteers feel appreciated and supported
- Manage volunteer logistics and communication
Communication
- Manage internal team communication and coordination
- Handle external messaging to community and attendees
- Create and distribute newsletters and updates
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
